Everything as a Service (EaaS) is a hot topic for businesses. The introduction of consumerised internal services will help increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the delivery of internal functions by moving to a service-based model.
In this research report we look at the key metrics for delivering EaaS successfully. We have summarised these in the “Service Revolution Barometer”. Using this we show that the average enterprise is only 40% of the way to delivering a service revolution within their organisation.
