On August 29, 2016, CSC announced that UXC Keystone will combine forces with Fruition Partners and Aspediens to form a leading global ServiceNow practice. Below is a short video along with frequently asked questions to help describe the purpose, benefits, and expected impact of the acquisition.

Q: What is being announced?

CSC has agreed to integrate UXC Keystone into CSC’s global ServiceNow practice Fruition Partners; therefore UXC Keystone will change its name to Fruition Partners as of the 17th of August 2016.

Q: Why did CSC integrate UXC Keystone into Fruition Partners?

In what is a close-knit ServiceNow ecosystem, the folks at Fruition Partners have known UXC Keystone and their people for many years; their reputation for consistent and market-leading services, their sky-high customer satisfaction scores, and their strong culture.

UXC Keystone neatly complements Fruition Partners with a comprehensive suite of offerings to help clients optimize service management by leveraging the ServiceNow platform. These offerings range from strategic consulting, application development and cloud integration to implementation and managed application services for clients’ ServiceNow instances.

We expect the integration will continue to accelerate growth in CSC’s global enterprise service management business and enable the combined entity to offer a standardized global offering for ServiceNow-related software and solutions.

Q: How does this integration play a part in CSC’s strategic growth plans?

The integration will help accelerate Fruition’s role in the Grow and Lead phases of our transformation and deliver greater value to our clients. Expanded capabilities in service management will give us greater agility to help lead our clients’ digital transformations.

Q: What does this mean to UXC Keystone clients and how will they benefit?

The integration of UXC Keystone into the Fruition Partners practice is not expected to have any near-term effect on existing client services.

The integration will enable UXC Keystone to offer their clients a comprehensive portfolio of global ServiceNow capabilities, along with as-a-service utility models that will help them significantly reduce costs while leveraging next-generation IT platforms.

For instance, existing UXC Keystone customers will immediately have access to Fruition Partners/CSC’s combined range of global offerings, such as Cyber, which combines ServiceNow Security Operations with CSC’s CyberSecurity consulting and MSSP offerings, resulting in a single solution for security preparedness and response.

For more information about the integration, you can either read the press release or contact us.
