Where your business and technology needs are today is not where they will be tomorrow. Outsourcing portions, or all of your non-strategic IT functionality, may be appropriate today, but there may be a time in the future when insourcing or re-sourcing some or all of what has been outsourced will be equally, if not more, compelling.
